YONDANIUM is a streetwear clothing brand. The brand name is centered around infinity, celestial space, and beyond.

The challenge was to reflect the above brand name-derived concepts and have a very neat and unique look. The priority was to design a logomark as memorable as the Nike swoosh.


I researched fonts with futuristic undertones to design the primary logo. I found many sanserif fonts with clean, techy lines. I wanted to find distinct lettering to set the brand apart from others in the industry. Arual Light is the font I landed on. During the initial R&D phase, I sketched individual letters with distinct features that this particular font had built in. The 'a' set the font apart, and I went to work developing the logotype. 

We tried out different lettering for the secondary logo. Played with 'YN' and 'YNDM'. Then I sketched many logos that had an airy hint of Y2K style influences–an aspect David was interested in. The resulting sketches landed me on a version of the infinity sign, but with a dynamic feel.
